We are expanding our litigation team and seeking a motivated attorney with a minimum of 1–5 years of relevant experience to join us in fighting for justice and fair compensation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial evaluation through litigation and, when necessary, trial.
Conduct comprehensive case assessments, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing legal documents.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Provide clear, compassionate guidance and regular updates to clients throughout the legal process.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop effective litigation strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience (range: $80,000–$120,000, depending on experience and performance).

Requirements
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense); courtroom and deposition experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
Commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.
