Description

Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a bilingual legal assistant (English and Spanish).  Prior experience is preferred but not required.  Our firm offers very competitive hourly pay starting at $29.00/hour with no experience, and higher pay with prior experience.  In addition, we offer fully paid health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, sick leave and paid vacation time.  This is an in-person (not remote) position in our office near Barton Creek Mall.   Expected work hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.  We offer a fast-paced, results-oriented, drama-free work environment with opportunities to earn bonus pay every month.  Further, there is plenty of opportunity for growth into a full Litigation Paralegal position over time.  All benefits begin after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.  This is a 40 hour per week, full-time position.

You MUST have good typing skills, be detail oriented, be a quick learner and eager to learn more, be a team player, have a great attitude, and excellent phone skills.  You MUST be prompt and consistent.  As a small office, we depend heavily on each member of the team and, as such, tardiness and excessive absences from work are not acceptable.
