The Bittick Law Firm is seeking an attorney to join our growing practice in Pearland. This position offers substantial client contact, meaningful courtroom experience, and direct mentorship from an attorney with more than 30 years of litigation experience.
We represent clients throughout the Greater Gulf Coast region, including Brazoria, Harris, Fort Bend, and Galveston Counties, in family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, and related litigation matters. The ideal candidate is intelligent, compassionate, hardworking, and committed to becoming an outstanding advocate and trusted advisor.
About the Position
The attorney in this role will work directly with clients and manage a variety of matters, including:
- Family law cases from consultation through final resolution
- Divorce, child custody, child support, modification, enforcement, and protective order matters
- Probate administrations, heirship proceedings, guardianships, and related litigation
- Estate planning matters, including wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Client consultations and case strategy development
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and legal memoranda
- Representation at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional client service.

Requirements
- Active Texas law license in good standing
- Family law experience preferred
- Interest in probate, guardianship, and estate planning
- Strong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage a docket and meet deadlines
- Commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and client service
- Spanish-English bilingual ability is a plus, but not required
