Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Serve as a primary point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and discretion Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate and manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality, such as bill pay and bank reconciliation Track priorities, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met Support special projects and executive initiatives
