Luxury Design-Build Remodeling Firm | Full-Time

Due to continued growth, Euro Design Build Remodel, a family-owned luxury design-build firm seeks an experienced Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer to lead high-end residential kitchen and bathroom projects from concept through construction.

This role is ideal for a designer who wants meaningful ownership of their work and involvement beyond layouts and finish selections. You will serve as the primary design professional for your projects, working directly with homeowners to guide major design decisions while developing construction-ready plans that align with scope, budget, and real-world buildability.

This is not a retail or showroom-only design position. Experience in residential remodeling or a design-build environment is strongly preferred, along with an understanding of construction methods, project flow, and real-world execution. This Role Is for You If You:

• Have worked in a design-build or remodeling company
• Confidently lead clients from consultation through construction support
• Are comfortable with site visits, field measurements, and client communication
• Understand how design decisions impact budget, constructability, and execution
• Take ownership of accuracy, documentation, and outcomes
• This is a hands-on, client-facing role that balances studio design work with field engagement and construction collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design
• NKBA or NARI certification or progress toward certification, such as MCKBD or NARI CRD certification.
• 5+ years as a Kitchen & Bath Designer in a design-build or remodeling firm
• Strong portfolio of completed kitchen and bath projects
• Proficiency in 2020 Design, and/or Chief Architect is required
• Solid understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and codes
• Strong communication, organization, and client-management skills

Requirements

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning the kitchen and bath design process from concept through construction support
• Leading clients through a structured, multi-phase design process
• Developing functional, buildable layouts, plans, elevations, cabinetry designs, and 3D renderings
• Guiding material and finish selections and documenting all specifications
• Producing trade-ready drawings and supporting estimating, pre-construction, and production teams
• Collaborating with the Lead Designer on staff, construction manager, production team, and trade partners
