Since 2011, O-SDA has been committed to creating communities that meet the unique needs of each city and neighborhood they serve. Today, O-SDA and it’s partner firm Saigebrook Development collectively have 1,800 units in operation in Texas and O-SDA has 500 more units coming online in the next 12 months.

Essential Functions:
Overseas third-party management companies responsible for day-to-day operations of communities.
Provides portfolio reporting and strategic recommendations to address issues related to financial performance, capital planning or operations.

Requirements

Strong ability to independently interpret and analyze the business terms included in
legal documents and financial projections.
Strong familiarity with LIHTC, HUD and AHP regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Skill in financial analysis using Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of three years of experience in affordable housing asset management
