Company History

The Bittick Law Firm was founded in 2026 by Peggy S. Bittick after nearly three decades of legal practice serving individuals and families throughout the Greater Houston area and Gulf Coast region. A lifelong resident of Brazoria County, Peggy has practiced law in Texas since 1995 and has built a reputation for diligent preparation, sound judgment, and effective advocacy.

Before establishing The Bittick Law Firm, Peggy operated her own practice and gained valuable experience working with other attorneys and organizations. Throughout her career, she has represented clients in family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, and civil litigation matters, while also serving as a mediator and amicus attorney.

The creation of The Bittick Law Firm marked a return to independent practice and an opportunity to build a firm centered on the values that have defined Peggy's career: being exacting in our work, protective of our clients, and unflinching in our advocacy.

Today, the firm provides family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, mediation, and amicus attorney services with a commitment to thoughtful counsel, diligent preparation, and exceptional client service.
