Description

Seeking full-time, remote paralegal to support corporate legal practice at small, growing law firm of about 30 attorneys (corporate group of about 10 attorneys).  Job duties would include assisting with VC and M&A closings, state filings and registrations, securities filings (EDGAR and blue sky), basic corporate documents (bylaws, COI, simple LLC agreements), communicating with clients, and related matters.  Office space can be provided depending on the circumstances but most people work from home.

Requirements

Ideally some level of experience as a corporate paralegal for a law firm.  Ideally experience with closings, state filings and securities filings.  Not all strictly required.  Geographic location irrelevant.
