Family Law Attorney – Houston, TX
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is one of the largest family law firms in Texas, with over 170 legal professionals and offices across the state. Serving families across Texas since 2012, we are currently seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our growing Houston team.
This position offers a structured and supportive environment where attorneys can focus on practicing law while working with a steady flow of active cases.
You’ll walk into active cases—not an empty desk.
What You Can Expect:

Dedicated intake team providing consistent client flow
Strong paralegal and administrative support

Key Responsibilities:
Manage family law cases including divorce, custody, modifications, and enforcement matters
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings
Develop case strategy and guide clients through the legal process
Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case handling
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Texas
2+ years of family law experience preferred
Experience handling divorce, custody, and related matters
Strong litigation and courtroom skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000 – $130,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
2+ years of family law experience preferred
Experience handling divorce, custody, and related matters
Strong litigation and courtroom skills
Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases effectively
