Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
This role involves managing various administrative tasks, handling correspondence, and supporting other team members.Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain contact lists.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Documentation:
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Support to Team Members:
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
